INTRODUCTION
Belle’s practice primarily focuses on dispute resolution, encompassing civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings. She has experience representing clients before administrative, quasi‑judicial, and judicial bodies, and regularly assists in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and submissions before quasi‑judicial agencies as well as trial and appellate courts.
In addition to her dispute resolution practice, Belle advises on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and contractual arrangements. She supports clients in special projects and transactions, conducts due diligence reviews, and assists with corporate housekeeping matters.
