• Advised a publicly listed Philippine telecommunications holding company on its follow-on equity offering on the Philippine Stock Exchange, providing end-to-end capital markets and regulatory support
• Advised a multinational technology company on the proposed carve-out and transfer of a Philippine IT and network infrastructure business. The engagement covered regulatory and licensing analysis, transaction structuring, and post-closing setup.
• Advised a foreign renewable energy developer on the acquisition and development of a Philippine utility-scale solar project, including legal due diligence, land and regulatory review and transaction support though closing.
